How a billboard you pass on your way home can impact well-being

Imagine a city where every corner is designed with your comfort in mind. A place where there are no unpleasant surprises and every walk is a pleasure.

In an article for The Village, Eugene Myroniuk, our managing partner and strategy director, discussed the concept of citizen experience and explained why it is so important to each of us.

What is citizen experience?

It's the comprehensive experience a city resident has from their interaction with the urban environment, encompassing both physical and emotional aspects. It's about how well a city meets people's daily needs, how well it takes their desires into account, and whether it allows them to carry out their usual routines.

Most importantly, we discuss how to make Kyiv a seamless city - a city where everyone feels at home. We learn about the experiences of Austria, Denmark, Japan, and other countries, and how each of us can contribute to creating a comfortable and inclusive urban space.
